Saf ve lezzetli Espresso keyfi yaşamanın en kolay yolu Moka Pot şimdi aluminyum döküm malzemesi ile karşınızda. Tercihiniz basitlik ve şıklık ise İtalyanın geleneksel Moka Pot’ u doğru tercih. Tek ihtiyacınız ince öğütülmüş kahve, biraz soğuk su, bir ocak ve 2 dk zaman.

 

Moka Pot 3 parçadan oluşmaktadır. Soğuk su koyduğunuz su haznesi, Moka Pot için çekilmiş kahve koyduğunuz filtre ve Espressonuzun hazırlandığı gövde.

 

Alüminyum döküm malzemeden üretilmiştir.

3 Kişiliktir (Yaklaşık 180 ml).

Bulaşık makinesinde yıkanmaz.

Sadece su ile temizlenebilir.

 

NASIL DEMLENİR?

Malzemeler

  • Bir kişi için 20-22 gr. çekirdek kahve
  • Arıtma veya şişe su
  • Bir adet Moka Pot
  • Adet tatlı kaşığı
  • Kronometre
  • Bir adet espresso bardağı

 

Yapılışı

  1. Kahveyi Türk kahvesi inceliğinden biraz daha kalın öğütün.
  2. Moka Pot’un alt kısmını işaretli yere kadar su ile doldurun.
  3. Kahve konulacak filtreyi alt kısma yerleştirin.
  4. Öğütülmüş kahveyi orta kısma yerleştirerek, tam oturması için hafifçe sallayın. İşaret parmağınızla da kahveyi eşit şekilde yayın.
  5. Orta ateşte yanan ocağınıza Moka Pot’unuzu yerleştirin.
  6. Kahve üst bölüme yavaş yavaş dolmaya başlayacaktır. Bu esnada dikkatli olun ve kapağa dokunmayın. Kahve tamamen üst hazneye dolarken fokurdama sesi duyacaksınız. Bu ses kesildikten sonra ocağınızı kapatın.
  7. Kahvenizi servis ederken dikkatli olun çünkü çok sıcak olan kahve dökerken fışkırabilir.
  8. İçindeki kahveyi boşalttığınız Moka Pot’u musluğun altında soğuk suya tutarak soğutun.
